As the Retail Supervisor you be responsible for assisting in the operational efficiency of our Retail Store based at the Stadium Megastore within the Hawthorns Stadium, working as part of the management team. This is a ‘hands-on role’ and therefore requires previous experience in a similar role.
The successful candidate will support and deputise for the Shop Manager in their absence, resolving customer issues and handling all merchandising and stock replenishment work as required.
You will manage cash, banking and credit card transactions, able to motivate and assist in training other staff members, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, security of the Premises and ensuring the Health & Safety of all customers and staff.
The ideal Retail Supervisor will have previous retail experience in a face to face store sales environment with good communication skills and an engaging customer manner. Product training will be offered but any knowledge of the sports retail trade would be an advantage.
