Baggies defeated at New Bucks Head Stadium
ALBION'S development squad fell to a 2-1 defeat at AFC Telford in a pre-season friendly this afternoon.
Alex Jones struck a penalty to give the Baggies the lead on 31 minutes but the Conference North outfit fought back to earn the victory.
Albion's development coach David Oldfield believes there are plenty of positives to take from the game.
"I'm disappointed we lost but it was a good game for us," said Oldfield.
"I felt we played quite well with a very young group of players.
"There are certainly some positives to take from the game ahead of the new season."
