Sinclair and Lugano in starting XI for the visit of the Exiles
SCOTT Sinclair and Diego Lugano make their Albion debuts while Academy products Luke Daniels and Saido Berahino, plus summer-signing Matej Vydra, all start for the Baggies for the first time.
