Management Accountant

We have an exciting new position as a Management Accountant to join our team. 

This position includes working evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required and in line with business needs. 

Salary: £40,000

Duties and Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Generate monthly and annual P&L analysis for Club and numerous departments.
  • Complete monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations, including management of agent fees and the Fixed Asset Register. 
  • Actively support the Financial Budget process and Future Forecasts.  
  • Work collaboratively with the finance team as well as key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Proactively improve the financial processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Generate and complete regular EFL/Premier League and government submissions.
  • Support annual and interim accounts audits.
  • Ad hoc financial reporting including capital project appraisals, risk analysis and sustainability reporting.
