Match Day Host on a Casual Basis

We have a new exciting position to join us as a Match Day Host on a Casual basis. 

As a Matchday Host, you will be the face of West Bromwich Albion on matchdays, ensuring that all visitors receive a warm welcome and an exceptional level of service. This role is integral to enhancing the matchday experience, providing assistance, and a friendly presence throughout the event.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet guests as they arrive to enjoy their matchday hospitality experience
  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting with enquiries, directing guests to their tables, seats and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure that hospitality areas are set up to a high standard.
  • Assist with the smooth operation of matchday events, including ticket checking, guiding guests and supporting the coordination of pre-match and half-time activities.
  • Carry out all responsibilities with due regard to the Club values and all policies and procedures, in particular Health & Safety, Equality and Diversity and Safeguarding

The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list and that additional tasks may be assigned to the role from time to time; or the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands.

Working Hours: Casual Contract
