Please note, to watch the match on a tablet or smartphone you will need to download the West Bromwich Albion app from your App Store. IFollow is not compatible with Smart TVs or Amazon Fire devices.
 

Season Ticket Holder iFollow code for the remainder of the season

How will I receive my ifollow code?

If you have not contacted us, or have selected option 1 in your online ticketing account, by 11.59pm on Tuesday 16th June 2020 we will allocate you with your iFollow code and send it to the email address you have registered on your ticketing account by Friday 19th June 2020. Please ensure wbafc@communicatoremail.com is added to your safe senders, and check your Junk or Spam folders if you have not received it.

If you do not have an email address on your ticketing account we will send you a letter by first class post.

How do I redeem my code?

You will be able to redeem your iFollow code at  https://www.wba.co.uk/ifollow/season-ticket-holders. Upon entering your code you will be asked to log in or register an account if you do not already have one.

Will I get a code for every game?

No we will issue you with one code which will grant you access for every remaining home and away match of the 2019/20 season (excluding potential play off matches).

Can I share my code with my friends and family?

No, iFollow codes can only be used on one account and when a match is live that account can only be logged into on one device meaning no one else can use your code or account to access the stream if you are using it.

How can I access the stream on a matchday?

If you’re watching on a computer go to wba.co.uk and visit the Match Centre, click on the button near the top of the page that says “Watch Now”.

To watch on your West Bromwich Albion app go to the More tab and Sign in to the account that you registered your iFollow code with. Then visit Matches and select Watch on iFollow next to that day’s fixture.

Can I watch the stream on my Smart TV?

IFollow is not currently supported on Smart TVs.

When can I log in to the game?

The stream for the game should be available to watch from 1 hour before kick off.

What should I do if my code doesn’t work?

If when you enter your code it is not working double check the email sent to you to confirm you have entered the correct code. If it is still not working email ifollow@efl.com or click on the envelope in the bottom right hand corner of the website to access the Live Chat functionality.

What should I do if I haven’t received my code?

If you have an email on your ticketing account and have not received an email to this address with your code please check your junk and spam filters and ensure that the address wbafc@communicatoremail.com is added to your safe senders.

If on the morning of the first game you still haven’t received your code please email fans@wbafc.co.uk with your name, email address and Customer Number (found on your stilecard)

What should I do if I log in and the stream doesn’t work?

Firstly, please clear your browser cache and cookies, refresh your browser and try accessing content again. If you still have issues, please check for any updates available for your current browser and make sure cookies and third-party cookies are enabled.

If you have the same issues after trying those suggestions please try using an alternative web browser (i.e. Google Chrome, Mozilla FireFox, Safari and Edge) to eliminate any browser specific issues.

Access to iFollow video is not available in private browsing mode.

If none of these steps resolve the problem contact ifollow@efl.com. Please note that EFL are responsible for the delivery of the stream and West Bromwich Albion are unable to offer you any technical support.

I’ve lost the code you sent me, what can I do?

If you cannot find your code please email fans@wbafc.co.uk with your name, email address and Customer Number (found on your stilecard) and we will be able to confirm your code to you.

I can’t remember my log in details for wba.co.uk

If you have forgotten your password click ‘Forgotten Password’ on the log/in page here https://www.wba.co.uk/my-account/. If you cannot remember, or you cannot access the email address used to set up your account you will need to register a new account. You will only be able to use your code if it has not been used on any other account so please ensure you apply the code to the ifollow account with which you have access to the associated email address.

I’ve changed my mind and I don’t want a stream, can I claim a credit?

You have until 11.59pm on Tuesday 16th June 2020 to opt for an alternative to the streaming package. If you have not notified us that you require an e-credit or refund by this point you will not be able to claim either and you will be issued with a code for a free iFollow pass and allocated a ticket for the next domestic Cup match that Albion play at The Hawthorns.

Can I watch the game after the final whistle?

The day after the match a full match replay will be available on iFollow to supporters who have the relevant package i.e. a season ticket holder code, a standard subscription or a Match pass.

Match Passes

I’m not a season ticket holder can I watch Albion on iFollow?

Non season-ticket holders will be able to purchase a Match Pass to watch Albion on iFollow for any of the remaining nine league games that are not live on SKY.

How much does a Match Pass cost?

A single game Match Pass is £10 for supporters in the UK and Republic of Ireland of £5 for supporters living overseas.

I already have an iFollow subscription, can I watch the matches?

Supporters in the UK who have a seasonal or monthly subscription to iFollow will have to pay the £10 fee for a Match Pass to watch the games live. Your iFollow subscription includes audio commentary only, which will still be available, or you can choose to upgrade to a stream for the £10 fee.

Overseas subscribers who have match streams included in their package will be able to   watch available games on iFollow.

How do I buy a Match Pass for iFollow?

Go to https://www.wba.co.uk/ifollow/subscribe/ and select Video Match Pass and then the Purchase Now button next to the match you would like to stream.

Please check whether you are buying a Video or Audio Match Pass before buying, an Audio Pass will be £2.50 and a Video Pass £10 in the UK or ROI.

When can I buy a Video Match Pass?

Video Match Passes are available to purchase a few days before an available game. We’ll announce on wba.co.uk and our social media channels when they are available and you can also check here https://www.wba.co.uk/ifollow/subscribe/
