ALBION snapped up explosive attacker Bakary Sako in October 2018.
The 30-year-old front man - a free agent since leaving Crystal Palace in July - became Darren Moore’s tenth signing as Baggies boss.
Sako, who was born in Paris, began his professional career at Chatearoux in 2006, before joining Ligue 1 club Saint-Etienne three years later.
He moved to Wolverhampton Wanderers in 2012 and made over 100 appearances for the club, scoring 38 goals.
Sako was named in the 2014/15 PFA Championship Team of the Year, netting 15 times from midfield, as Wolves narrowly missed out on the play-offs.
Weeks later he arrived at Selhurst Park, going on to grab eight goals in his 50 appearances for the Eagles.
The Mali international, who was also capped by France at youth level, signed a short-term contract, which runs until the summer of 2019, on Wednesday, September 26.
