Academy graduate Alex Palmer will spend the 2019/20 season on loan at Plymouth Argyle.
Alex has moved his way up the goalkeeping pecking order at The Hawthorns over the last couple of seasons, and heads to Home Park in pursuit of more EFL playing experience.
After a first spell away from the Baggies at Kidderminster Harriers in the 2015/16 season, the 22-year-old had to wait until the 2018/19 campaign to gain more experience - with emergency loans at Oldham Athletic and Notts County.
An injury to Boaz Myhill in November 2016 meant the young stopper was named on the bench for Albion's clashes with Burnley, Hull City and Watford.
A key part of Albion's Premier League 2 side over the last two seasons, Alex has represented England at under-16 level four times, with his most recent appearance coming against France in April 2012.
