Kane Wilson joined Sky Bet League One side Tranmere Rovers on loan at the beginning of the 2019/20 campaign for his third period away from The Hawthorns after previous loan spells with Exeter City and Walsall.
Kane has now clocked up more than 50 first-team appearances in the English Football League.
The young defender spent the first half of last season at Walsall, appearing 20 times for the Saddlers before enjoying the second half of the season with Exeter.
Wilson had been a regular feature for the Grecians during the 2017/18 season despite being just 17 years old at the time.
He spent a year in and around Albion’s first team during the 2016/17 campaign after impressing hugely during pre-season training the summer before.
Already a powerful physical specimen, Wilson even played against Paris St German during a trip to Austria and put in a positive performance during the disappointing League Cup exit at Northampton.
Kane has represented England at under-16s and under-17s level.
