Albion have postponed this week’s General Meeting of WBA Group in a further response to the Covid-19 outbreak.
Shareholders will be contacted today (Monday) to inform them of the delay.
The decision follows Friday’s guidance from the EFL to cease football and community activities until April 3.
WBA Group lawyers Memery Crystal have decided not to host large meetings for the foreseeable future to help to contain the spread of Covid-19.
As a result, the board of the Company proposed to resolve to adjourn the General Meeting convened for March 19, 2020.
