Albion will face local rivals Aston Villa in the Sky Bet Championship Play-Off semi-finals.
The Baggies will travel to Villa Park for the first leg on Saturday, May 11 (ko 12.30pm), before hosting Dean Smith’s men at The Hawthorns on Tuesday, May 14 (ko 8pm).
Tickets for the away leg at Villa Park will go on sale from 9am on Tuesday, while the home tie goes on sale to 2018/19 and 2019/20 season-ticket holders online from 9am on Monday.
Albion’s 3-1 defeat at Derby saw the Pride Park club secure sixth place and a date with Leeds United in the other semi-final.
