West Bromwich Albion’s Academy is recruiting a Youth Development Coach for its U12-U16 phase.
The role requires an experienced coach to assist the Lead Youth Development Phase coach, with a particular focus on leading and managing the U12-U14 age groups.
This will include the management of school release programmes in conjunction with the Head of Education and the Lead Youth Development Phase Coach.
The role requires an individual who is able to absorb the Academy’s coaching and matchday philosophy, as well as our coaching curriculum, with the ability to deliver this effectively to the players and staff alike.
It is preferred but not essential that the individual has experience of working with players at this age range.
The role is based at the Club’s Academy facility on Halfords Lane, West Bromwich.
