James Shan has been nominated for March’s Sky Bet Championship Manager of the Month award.
Shan won his first three games in charge of the Baggies, beating Swansea City 3-0, Brentford 1-0 and Birmingham City 3-2.
Jimmy is up against Daniel Farke of Norwich City, Jose Gomes of Reading and Dean Smith of Aston Villa.
The winner will be decided by a five-person panel and will be announced on Friday, April 12.
The judging panel consists of former Ipswich Town manager George Burley, Sky Sports’ EFL League expert Don Goodman, EFL Senior Media Manager Rob Meaden, League Managers’ Association Director Olaf Dixon and Sky Bet EFL Trader Ivor Davies.
