BEN Foster says Albion need to take inspiration from their closest rivals in the battle for Premier League survival.
The Albion No.1 is challenging his team-mates to emulate the positive upturn seen at fellow strugglers Swansea City.
“We’ve got some big games between now and the end of the season,” said Foster.
“The results at the bottom of the table have shown that if you can string two or three wins together like Swansea then you can jump a few places.
“They have dug in and they’ve picked up a few wins which is what we need to do.
“We have to take positives from what they have done and try to do it ourselves.
“We’ve got some games coming up that we think we can pick some points up from.
“There are some huge games that are real six-pointers between now and the end of the season.
“We need to roll our sleeves up and get stuck in. I’m sure we will because we have got a good group of lads in the dressing room.”
