ALBION fans have given an overwhelming vote of approval to the special “Regis shirts” the players will wear tomorrow in honour of the great man.
And there will be an opportunity for supporters to purchase a replica from the Stadium Megastore.
The Baggies’ famous home stripes will bear an embroidered image of Cyrille in classic pose celebrating a goal as part of our celebrations of his life and career.
A limited number of replicas will be made available for supporters to purchase from Saturday morning on a first come, first served basis. The Stadium Megastore opens at 9am. Please note that owing to popular demand shirts will be limited to two per customer.
These shirts are only available in adult sizes and will be sold at the current reduced Home shirt price of £37.50.
Should demand dictate, the WBA Shop will seek to stock more of these tribute shirts from the week commencing 5th February.
The Stadium Megastore will also have Cyrille Regis scarves available to purchase from Saturday priced at £10.
The Club will be making donations to a charity of the Regis family’s choice from the proceeds.
Meanwhile, the match shirts worn by the players will be made available for auction again to raise money for charity chosen by the family.
