Four Albion loanees in weekend action

FOUR Albion loanees played for their clubs on the weekend, with Tyler Roberts coming on for Walsall as they drew 1-1 with his former side Shrewsbury Town in SkyBet League One.

The Welshman completed the final 22 minutes as The Saddlers maintained their unbeaten home record to claim a good point against the league leaders.

Elsewhere in the National League Tahvon Campbell started for Solihull Moors under their new manager Richard Money as they lost 2-1 to Hartlepool.

The forward was on the pitch for the whole ninety minutes as an added time winner for Hartlepool consigned Solihull to a harsh defeat and kept them second bottom in the table.

Meanwhile goalkeeper Ethan Ross played for Redditch as they came from behind to win 2-1 away at Kings Langley in the Evo-Stik Southern Premier League.

And it was a good weekend for Jasko Keranovic as well, with the shot-stopper returning to the starting line-up as Alvechurch beat Belper Town 2-1 in the FA Trophy Preliminary Qualifying Round.
