SAM Field has today been called up to England's under-21 side for the first time.
The youngster, who extended his Albion contract earlier this month, replaces Everton's Tom Davies in the 20-man group.
It's Sam's first inclusion in the under-21 setup, having previously represented his nation at U18, U19 and U20 level.
He will immediately head to Kiev ahead of Friday's European Championship qualifier with Ukraine at the Obolon Arena (ko 3pm).
Aidy Boothroyd's side currently lead their qualifying group after picking up three wins in their first four games - including triumph over Oliver Burke's Scotland in the latest international break.
And victory over second-placed Ukraine will consolidate The Young Lions' position at the top of the pile.
