Diego Costa has scored in three of his five Premier League appearances against Albion, netting three goals in total.

Antonio Conte's side have won more Premier League games (27) than any other side this season and have scored the most goals (75).

If Chelsea win this match they will claim their fifth Premier League title. Only Manchester United (13) have won more.
