Salo 'feeling good' after Burnley strike

Striker back amongst the goals at Turf Moor

SALOMON Rondon has said he's "feeling good" after his strike against Burnley at Turf Moor.

The Venezuelan slammed home the Baggies' equaliser before a frantic final period saw the end-to-end encounter finish 2-2 in Lancashire.

"I'm feeling good, it makes me happy to be scoring again," said Rondon.

"For strikers it's obviously very difficult when you have a long period without getting a goal.

"There's always pressure in football, and you never know what is going to happen.

"But it's a weight off my shoulders to find the net again."

And Albion's number nine was full of praise for his colleagues in the stalemate at Turf Moor.

"My teammates have shown me so much support.

"Today you saw the effort we put in as a group.

"We managed to come back from a losing position but we are still disappointed not to get all three points."
