Clean sheets for Palmer and Ross
FIVE Albion loanees were in action for their respective clubs at the weekend.Sebastien Pocognoli and Callum McManaman locked horns in the Sky Bet Championship as Brighton and Hove Albion beat Sheffield Wednesday 2-1 in the race for promotion at the Amex Stadium. The Belgian played the full 90 minutes with McManaman coming on in the 67th minute.
Tyler Roberts made his Shrewsbury Town bow and played 77 minutes as his side beat Oldham Athletic 1-0 in League One.
In the National League North, Alex Palmer kept a clean sheet as Kidderminster Harriers stayed second in the table with 1-0 win over AFC Telford at Aggborough.
Ethan Ross, meanwhile, also managed a shut-out as he saved his second penalty in as many games to rescue a point for Worcester City at Alfreton Town.
