MATT Phillips says Albion’s performance against Everton proves the players have what it takes to climb the Premier League table.
The returning winger was a thorn in the Toffees’ side throughout the scoreless draw at The Hawthorns.
And the Scotland international believes it is only a matter of time before a similar display earns Albion all three points.
“I think you can see from the performance that we were really good and we created a lot of chances,” said Phillips.
“Sooner or later we’re going to score one, two or three and win the game.
“In recent weeks we have lifted our performances and we have to take the positives - this is another point.
“Everton are on a good run and we’ve put a halt to that.
“We’ve shown that we’re more than capable of getting ourselves out of the situation that we’re in.”
