Campbell, Ward and Scrivens feature

ALBION youngsters Tahvon Campbell, Joe Ward and Chay Scrivens were all in action at the weekend.

Campbell played the final 15 minutes for Yeovil Town as they were beaten 2-1 at home by Hartlepool in Sky Bet League Two. Nathan Thomas scored twice in the second half to leave the Glovers in the relegation zone.

In the Vanarama National League, Ward played 65 minutes as Torquay United beat York City 2-0 at Plainmoor. Fellow Albion loanee Scrivens came on in the 77th minute as the Gulls moved up to 14th.

Andre Wright, Callam Jones and Ethan Ross were all unused substitutes for their sides on Saturday.

Wright's Coventry City side drew 1-1 away at Millwall in League One, with Aiden O’Brien’s second half tap-in denying the Sky Blues their first win of the season.

Jones saw Accrington Stanley end Notts County’s four-game unbeaten run at Meadow Lane. Goals from John O’Sullivan and Romauld Boco gave the visitors a 2-0 victory.

Ethan Ross, meanwhile, looked on as Worcester City beat Bradford Park Avenue 3-0 at the Horsfall Stadium.
