Upgrade set to improve mobile phone access
ALBION'S online ticketing service will be shut down for two days this week for an upgrade to improve mobile phone access.
The service will not be operating on Tuesday and Wednesday (October 20 and 21) but will be back in operation by 9am on Thursday, October 22.
The upgrade should enable fans to experience much more efficient access by mobile phone and iPads in the future.
But the two-day shut-down does mean that the Club is bringing forward online purchasing dates for two games.
Members and season ticket holders will now be able to purchase tickets on Monday (October 19) for the Barclays Premier League clash against Arsenal which goes ahead at The Hawthorns on November 21.
And Monday also sees members able to buy tickets for the visit to Manchester United scheduled for November 7.
