Baggies target back-to-back league wins on Sunday
HEAD coach Tony Pulis has revealed Albion have significant injury worries ahead of Sunday’s Barclay’s Premier League clash at West Ham (2.05pm ko).
The Baggies are already without Chris Brunt due to a one-match suspension triggered by five bookings, the last of which received in the 2-1 victory over Arsenal at The Hawthorns.
But added to that, says Pulis, are other concerns affecting his selection for Albion’s visit to the Boleyn Ground.
“This week’s training has been all about looking after players who are struggling for Sunday,” Pulis said at Friday's press conference.
“I’m not going to say who – but it’s really been about giving those players as much chance as possible of being fit to play face West Ham.”
At least Albion do have Gareth McAuley available again after the Northern Ireland international missed the win over Arsenal because of a suspension.
