Roofe to stay with Oxford for remainder of campaign

12 March 2015

Forward extends U’s stay

KEMAR Roofe will remain with League Two side Oxford United until the end of the season.

The 22-year-old, who has appeared five times for Michael Appleton’s men, initially signed for the U’s on a one month loan deal back in February.

But after a string of impressive displays, a deal has been struck between the two clubs for Roofe to extend his stay at the Kassam Stadium until the end of the current season.

Albion do, however, have a 24-hour recall clause should they choose to use it.

Everyone at West Bromwich Albion Football Club would like to wish Kemar all the best during his time with Oxford United.
