In-house Albion Player match commentary available from Villa Park

ALBION Player's in-house live match commentary team will be on air from Villa Park for this evening's derby encounter (ko 5.30pm).

Dave Bowler and John Dunn will bring you Baggies-biased coverage from 4.30pm as Albion take on Aston Villa in the FA Cup.

Albion Player is the only place you can listen to commentary of every Albion game – home and away.

INTERESTING FACTS

The last FA Cup meeting between the two sides was on Saturday, January 24, 1998. Villa ran out 4-0 winners at Villa Park thanks to goals from Simon Grayson, Dwight Yorke (2) and Stan Collymore.

The teams have won the FA Cup 12 times between them (Villa 7, Albion 5).

Albion’s biggest ever win over Villa came on Saturday, October 19, 1935. The Baggies claimed a 7-0 win over their rivals at Villa Park in the old Division One.

Albion beat Villa 3-0 in the 1892 FA Cup final, which was the first final in which goal nets were used.

The last time the two teams played each other more than twice in a season was back in 1985/86.
