Job Description – Kiosk Catering Assistant

We are looking for a number of dynamic individuals who are looking to work in an extremely busy and fast paced environment. 

Candidates will also be able to commit to working all home games in all competitions.

Role

Reporting to the kiosk stand manager you will demonstrate professionalism and courtesy to customer and colleagues alike and responsible for delivery of exceptional customer service.

Working as part of a team or alone, you will demonstrate initiative, be proactive and have a desire to exceed customer expectations.

You will ensure that the kiosk you are assigned to operates smoothly and efficiently throughout your shift, by excellent presentation of not only yourself, but also the kiosk and by meeting high standards of food and beverage service, while working within the Health and Safety and Food Safety Acts.

- To report for duty 15 minutes prior to your start time

- Being extremely well groomed and presented in line with company standards

- To understand and carry out briefing instructions

- To ensure place of work is clean, well presented and merchandised in line with company standards

- To have a full understanding of the menu and to be able to convey full product knowledge to customers

- To have strong communication, interpersonal and team working skills, with the ability to solve problems

- To work with and alongside all of your colleagues to exceed customer expectations

- For ensuring security of all West Bromwich Albion Football Club property, equipment, stock and cash

- Assisting with stock to cash reconciliation

- Ensuring the safety of yourself and your colleagues

- Engaging with customers and ensuring they have a positive experience

- Responding to customer complaints efficiently and effectively in a sincere manner

- Working in line with all health and safety regulations, including manual handling and COSHH

- Working in line with the Food Safety Act

- Reporting of any food or health hazard to your line manager

- For the removal of all refuse to correct collection points

- Submitting ideas that would be useful to the business

- Attending and taking part in training relevant to your position

- Being part of a culture of continuous improvement

- Representing and being an ambassador for West Bromwich Albion Football Club and demonstrating a positive manner in all areas of work

- Assisting colleagues in any duties deemed reasonable by any member of management

- To ensure all food standards are met

- To be responsible for cooking equipment and ensure it meets criteria in cleanliness

- To be responsible for food production, ensuring that standards and guidelines are followed

Job Description – Kiosk Catering Post-Match Cleaner

Role

To be able to commit to all post-match cleaning rotas (normally two working days following a match).

Reporting to the manager you will demonstrate professionalism and courtesy to customers and colleagues alike and be responsible for the delivery of exceptional service.

Working as part of a team or alone, you will demonstrate initiative, be proactive and have a desire to exceed expectations.

You will ensure that the kiosks you are assigned to meet the exceptionally high standards of cleanliness expected by the club and all procedures are carried out professionally and efficiently, while working within the Health and Safety, COSHH, and Food Safety Act.

Concourse Catering Open Day – Sunday, July 5

West Bromwich Albion Football Club will be holding an open interview day on Sunday, July 5, between 10am-2pm in the Millichip Suite at The Hawthorns.

Positions available for the 2015/16 season include Kiosk Assistants, Kitchen Porters and Post-Match Cleaners.

Interviews will take place on the day and candidates who will be attending are asked to bring their CV’s, relevant certificates of qualifications/courses attended, two references (or names of referees to contact), passport or driving licence (and visas if required), national insurance card or official letter, proof of address and photographic identification.
