Club rank highly in several categories
ALBION staff are raising a glass to success after being named as the second best Premier League club for hospitality by Visit Britain.
Narrowly missing out on the top spot to Manchester City, the Baggies have finished ahead of the top flight's established big hitters Liverpool, Manchester United and Chelsea.
The survey, conducted in the form of an unannounced 'mystery shopper', graded clubs' match day hospitality performances during 2014/15 based on a series of categories.
Albion finished top of Visit Britain's 'match experience', 'post-match experience', 'service welcome and friendliness' and 'service efficiency’.
The Baggies’ overall score of 80.46 per cent was way above the Premier League average of 72.56 per cent and an increase on Albion's figure of 71.84 per cent last year.
Adrian Wright, Sales & Marketing Director, said: "To finish above the likes of Manchester United and Chelsea is a great achievement.
"It falls in line with all the hard work and effort we have put in throughout the season and I thank all of the staff associated with this result.
"We work closely with the University College Birmingham to identify and educate the next generation of hospitality talent, so it's a proud status for all of us to achieve. Hopefully we can strive for the top spot this coming season."
