Varela and Blanco set for moves away
WEST Bromwich Albion today confirm that two of last summer's signings are leaving the club.
Silvestre Varela has had his loan from Porto cancelled by mutual consent. He is now in talks with Italian club Parma.
Meanwhile, the Club are in the final phases of agreeing a deal with Argentinian outfit San Lorenzo which will see Sebastian Blanco leave The Hawthorns.
Blanco is set to join the Primera Division club on loan until the end of the season when they will have an option to buy.
Varela made three Barclays Premier League starts for Albion and a further four top flights appearances as a substitute during an injury-blighted five months.
The winger made one FA Cup substitute appearance, also featuring once in the Capital One Cup.
Blanco, meanwhile, started Albion's Capital One Cup games against Hull City and Bournemouth.
He came off the bench in three Premier League matches - most recently the 2-2 draw with Crystal Palace in October.
