INTERESTING FACTS

Victory for Albion would see them complete a league double over Tottenham for the first time since the 1981/82 season.

The 1-0 away win at Spurs earlier in the season - courtesy of James Morrison's header - was the Baggies’ first at White Hart Lane since a 3-2 victory in the 1984/85 campaign.

Albion recorded their biggest-ever win against the Londoners in the 1926/27 season with a 5-0 victory on home soil.

The Throstles’ last home win against Tottenham was a 2-0 victory in the 2008/09 season - with the two teams sharing a thrilling 3-3 draw in last season's corresponding fixture.

Saturday’s game will be the 140th time Albion have faced Spurs, the first meeting was an FA Cup tie in 1901.

WE SAID, THEY SAID

We Said - Tony Pulis: “Every game is different. I have never been in a game of football that has gone the same way from Saturday to Saturday. There are always different scenarios.”

They Said - Ryan Mason: “It will be a tough game at The Hawthorns, but our away form has been good this season so hopefully we can keep that up.”
