Blues tickets: UPDATE

8 January 2015

Tickets can be reserved from this morning

*10am - We apologise for the current ticketing issues affecting fans attempting to buy seats for our FA Cup clash at Blues. Unfortunately the global banking software used to process payments has gone down, affecting not just us but other businesses worldwide. We hope the matter, which is out of our control, will be resolved asap and the system will return to normal. Please bear with us. We advise fans to stay in the queue and, where possible, use the ‘notify me by email’ option to advise when it is your turn.

*10.45am - Global banking software is back up and running and now processing payments. Thank you for your patience. Fans are able to buy one ticket per person. Friends and family (each membership no) to log in and purchase separately and then under ‘my account’ option add friends and family. Upon dispatch, relevant tickets will then be grouped accordingly.

*12noon - Fans experiencing issues are urged to email tickets@wbafc.co.uk where a staff member will be assigned to offer assistance

*1.45pm - We are currently trying to work our way through as many emails as possible but please bear with us. We're experiencing huge demand for this fixture. Thanks

ALBION supporters can today reserve their ticket for the forthcoming FA Cup fourth round tie at Birmingham City.

However, fans are advised that tickets for this game will not be allocated until we actually receive the tickets early next week.

The Ticket Office offers the following guidance to Home Season Ticket Holders who are seeking to purchase tickets throughout today:

Supporters logging on this morning will be placed in a managed queue to try to ensure all applications are processed.

Fans will only be able to purchase ONE ticket per transaction to ensure each successful Season Ticket Holder receives their entitled price discount.

However, during the fulfillment process the Ticket Office will endeavour to seat people together based on their FRIENDS & FAMILY grouping.

To facilitate this part of the process when supporters are online it is important they add, via their account, any Friends & Family members who are also planning to purchase tickets for this game - this will require a relevant membership number and postcode of those they seek to add.

AWAY Season Ticket Holders will have their seats held back until Friday, January 16. Again, that will be on a one ticket per season ticket basis.

The Ticket Office thanks supporters for their patience.
