28 February 2015

Quarter-final takes place on Saturday, March 7 (5.30pm ko)

***Latest - Fans are reminded that the online service for Villa tickets remains open on Sunday (March 1) for season ticket holders who qualify under the below three cup game criteria***

ALBION can today announce details of their ticketing arrangements for the forthcoming FA Cup quarter-final at Villa Park.

The tie has been set for a 5.30pm kick-off on Saturday, March 7 and the Baggies have been given a 6,500 allocation. The match will be shown live on BBC1.

These tickets will be split across the upper tier of Villa Park’s North Stand and the upper and lower corner tiers of the Doug Ellis Stand. They are priced at £30 and £25, with some limited concessions ranging from £15 to £25.

In an effort to be as fair as possible to the most loyal supporters, Albion will distribute the tickets on a grading system beginning on Monday.

The sales, which are restricted to one ticket per membership number, will be implemented as follows:

Monday, February 23 – away season ticket holders.

Tuesday, February 24 - home season ticket holders who have attended five or more away league games this season.

Wednesday, February 25 - home season ticket holders who have attended three or more away league games this season.

Friday, February 27 – home season ticket holders who have attended two away league games this season.

Saturday, February 28 – home season ticket holders who have attended any three of Albion’s previous cup ties this season (v Oxford, Hull, Bournemouth, Gateshead, Birmingham or West Ham)

*To clarify - tickets purchased through the club's ticketing system only for forthcoming away league games (Sunderland and Villa) DO count.

Any remaining tickets will be made available first to members and finally on general sale at a date to be confirmed.

Supporters have three methods of booking their tickets:

Booking can again be accessed online where the “Friends and Family” scheme will apply, providing the accompanying supporters meet the criteria.

Four helpful hints:

1-Before starting, please ensure you sign in properly in the top right-hand corner using your password AND membership number.

2-Click on the game option and select the number of tickets.

3-Look out for a full screen red banner message which will then ask you to assign tickets to owners. You will need to click on the box 'assign owners'.

(For example, if you intended to buy tickets having attended five away league games but had family/friends who had only attended three, you would have to wait until the lower criteria or book individually. If bookings are made separately the club will endeavour to organise side-by-side seating but stress we cannot guarantee this.)

4-Payment details will then be requested.

Phone 0121 227 2227. The queuing system allows for 10 calls to be on hold. If you are unable to join the queue this is to save your phone bill. Please try later.

At The Hawthorns. Open from 9am.
