Ideye starts at AFC Bournemouth

Both Baggies and Cherries make ten changes

BROWN Ideye has returned to Albion’s starting XI for tonight’s Capital One Cup fourth-round tie away at AFC Bournemouth (ko 7.45pm).

The club-record signing’s last kick of the ball was scoring the opener in Albion’s 3-2 victory over Hull at The Hawthorns in the previous round, where he sustained an ankle injury.

Fit-again Ideye is one of ten changes from Saturday’s Barclays Premier League draw against Crystal Palace, with centre-back Craig Dawson the only survivor.

Victor Anichebe, who came off the bench to change the game in the 2-2 draw against the Eagles, starts along with the likes of Cristian Gamboa, Gareth McAuley and Youssouf Mulumbu.

The Cherries also made the same number of changes from their emphatic 8-0 victory over Birmingham at the weekend, captain Tommy Elphick the only player to start back-to-back matches.
