Villa v Albion - team news

29 January 2014

Mel makes two changes to his starting XI

VICTOR Anichebe is handed a rare start on the back of his impressive display as a half-time substitute in the 1-1 draw with Everton nine days ago.

Youssouf Mulumbu is also recalled to the Baggies’ starting XI as the only other change Pepe Mel makes to his line-up.

The men to make way are the benched Matej Vydra and Zoltan Gera, who is left out altogether.

The Hungary international’s absence paves the way for Graham Dorrans to be named among the Baggies substitutes.

Paul Lambert makes one enforced change to the Villa team that drew 2-2 at Liverpool last time out.

Matt Lowton comes in for the injured Gabby Agbonlahor.
