Brunt back amid four changes

Brunt, Dorrans, Baird and Ideye return at Stoke

CAPTAIN Chris Brunt returned to Albion’s starting XI for today’s Barclays Premier League trip to Stoke (3pm ko) as one of four changes from Boxing Day.

The midfielder was a second-half substitute in the 3-1 home defeat to Manchester City having recovered from a hamstring injury.

Graham Dorrans also returned after a calf complaint, while there were recalls for Chris Baird and Brown Ideye, who netted his first league goal for the club in the closing stages on Boxing Day.

Saido Berahino, Silvestre Varela and Youssouf Mulumbu dropped to the bench, while Sebastien Pocognoli missed out altogether due to injury.
