Albion face League One outfit at Vale Park
BRADLEY Garmston and Kemar Roofe have both been handed starting berths for Albion’s penultimate pre-season friendly at Port Vale tonight (ko 7.45pm).
The Academy graduates are included in head coach Alan Irvine’s XI at Vale Park alongside fellow youngster Liam O’Neil.
Chris Brunt will again get more game time on his comeback from a groin injury.
Boaz Myhill lines up between the sticks and replaces Ben Foster, who is on the bench.
New boys Jason Davidson and Cristian Gamboa are both unavailable after only signing for the club earlier today, although the former is in attendance for the fixture.
The game comes too soon for Joleon Lescott (knee), Sebastien Pocognoli (groin and hip), Gareth McAuley (tight calf) and James Morrison (knee).
