Baggies fight back to draw with Royals
ALBION twice came from behind to earn a hard-fought 2-2 draw with Reading in the Barclays U18 Premier League on Saturday.
Shaun Donnellan and Brad Sweeney were on the scoresheet for the Baggies at the club’s training ground.
“The boys were resilient and worked hard,” said professional development coach, James Shan.
“They showed plenty of mental strength and spirit.
“Overall I’m really happy we got a point having gone into the game in relatively poor form.
“The point is one thing but the manner of the performance was good too.
“Hopefully we can draw confidence from this and we can continue to develop positively.”
