Five on-loan players in action

CRAIG Dawson helped Bolton climb into the npower Championship play-off places with a 2-1 victory at Bristol City on Saturday.

The Trotters have now won nine, drawn two and lost two of the 22-year-old’s 13 games at the Reebok Stadium. 

Gonzalo Jara Reyes played all of Nottingham Forest’s 3-0 defeat at table-toppers Cardiff.

James Hurst did not miss a minute of Shrewsbury’s 3-0 loss to Bournemouth at Greenhous Meadow in League One.

Bradley Garmston completed 90 minutes as Colchester lost 3-1 at Notts County.

Romaine Sawyers was an unused substituted in Walsall’s 1-1 draw at Scunthorpe. The Saddlers are only one point off a League One play-off spot.

Yassine El Ghanassy was on the scoresheet as Heerenveen overcame Willem II 3-2 in the Dutch Eredivisie.
