We are currently recruiting for 3 matchday staff to work in our ticket office for the 2021/2022 season, based at the Hawthorns Stadium in West Bromwich. You will be required to work all matchdays which will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays and extra hours may be available during peak periods.
As part of this role, you will process tickets and collect payments via the telephone and in person at the ticketing counter as well as assisting with supporter queries and till reconciliation.
As this is a customer facing role you must have excellent customer service skills and ideally have some experience in a retail setting. This is a busy role so we are looking for people who can work well under pressure and thrive in a busy working environment.
The rate of pay will be in line with NMW requirements and you must be able to legally work within the UK for the full duration of the 21/22 season. Proof of eligibility will need to be provided at interview.
