We are currently recruiting a number of matchday Hospitality Customer Service Host.
We are looking for team members who can deliver first class customer service and matchday experience for our Seasonal Boxholders, Executive Members and Match to Match Hospitality bookers.
Working as a key member of the hospitality delivery team you will represent the football club in a front of house ambassadorial role and do your part in contributing towards our being best in class matchday hospitality experience.
You will provide assistance throughout the entire matchday experience with the core focus of ensuring the guests attending have an experience they will never forget.
Your role will include ensuring communication with the extended internal delivery team including the Hospitality Sales Team, Customer Service Team members and Catering. Working closely with these teams, it is vital that you have good communication skills and ability to work closely within a team.
