WE are putting past and present Baggies players, plus the coaching staff, through a spot of body building this season.
In our feature for the 2009/10 campaign, Roberto Di Matteo's men have been handed the task of creating the 'Ultimate Six-Pack'.
They will receive a list of six body parts and for each one must name a player they consider to have excelled with that physical attribute.
This week, Slovakia international Marek Cech offers his opinions:
1. Head:
MC: Bruno Alves at Porto. I played on the left side of defence and he was next to be me at centre-half. I didn't have to worry about high balls. He didn't lose one ball - he was incredible. It was the Portuguese league so maybe it wasn't as hard as in England. But we played Champions League football as well and he didn't lose one header there either. Everyone who watched him said it was his domain.
2. Eyes (vision):
MC: You can pick several players for this. But I pick one from our team - and that is Robert Koren. I think his vision is good and he comes up with many assists because of his passing. One that sticks in my mind is an amazing pass at Newcastle that put Ishmael Miller in on goal. The other player I would choose is Argentina international, Lucho Gonzalez, who is at Marseille. I was at Porto with him. His nickname was 'computer', not just for his passing. He was always thinking about the whole team. He organised everything when we defended and if we were attacking he knew exactly where to go. He switched left to right and right to left. Even the press called him 'computer' because he is very clever.
3. Hands:
MC: Petr Cech. After his injury he dipped a little bit but he still has great qualities.

4. Legs (stamina):
MC: Gennaro Gatuso at AC Milan. He is the best runner in the game. He works hard to recover the ball and to defend properly. He is also a good passer
5. Right foot:
MC: David Beckham. He's proved a lot in his career that he has an amazing right foot. No-one can match him on free-kick and corner delivery.
6. Left foot:
MC: Brazilian Rivaldo. I liked him when I was younger. I like his free-kicks. Earlier in my career Slovakia played Spain and I scored a free-kick. Slovak TV said it was a goal from the Rivaldo from Trebisov because they knew I liked him. He was a great player.
