WE are putting past and present Baggies players, plus the coaching staff, through a spot of body building this season.
In our feature for the 2009/10 campaign, Roberto Di Matteo's men have been handed the task of creating the 'Ultimate Six-Pack'.
They will receive a list of six body parts and for each one must name a player they consider to have excelled with that physical attribute.
This week, loan signing Steven Reid gives his views:
1. Head:
SR: Tim Cahill. We made our debuts together at Millwall in the same game. People realise now how good he is in the air. He was exactly the same at Millwall and had a great scoring record. He's a real danger in the air. He's lucky he's always had a decent spring and, as well as that, he has a knack of being in the right place at the right time. He's always a useful player to have in both penalty boxes.
2. Eyes (vision):
SR: Tugay when I was at Blackburn. He's probably the best player I have played with. He could pick a pass long or short. He only had to look up once and he'd know where you were running.
3. Hands:
SR: Brad Friedel. We got a decent replacement in Paul Robinson at Blackburn when Brad left but Brad has arguably been the best keeper in the country over the last ten years. He's a good shot stopper, good at crosses and is a good organiser as well. I think he's going to be 40 in the next couple of years and I still think he could play on for another two or three years at the highest level.

4. Legs (stamina):
SR: Wayne Rooney. People recognise his scoring ability but he works really hard as well. He's played nearly every game this season and in every game he looks fresh, whether it's the first or last minute. He works defensively as hard as he does going forward.
5. Right foot:
SR: Steven Gerrard. I've played against him a few times and I follow Liverpool a little bit. He can score from long range and short range, from free-kicks and strikes on the run.
6. Left foot:
SR: Roberto Carlos. He's famous for his free-kicks and the way he can bend the ball with his left foot. He's scored some spectacular goals over his career.
