WE are putting past and present Baggies players, plus the coaching staff, through a spot of body building this season.
In our feature for the 2009/10 campaign, Roberto Di Matteo's men have been handed the task of creating the 'Ultimate Six-Pack'.
They will receive a list of six body parts and for each one must name a player they consider to have excelled with that physical attribute.
This week, loan signing Ben Watson gives his views:
1. Head:
BW: Big Les Ferdinand. He was a top quality striker who scored a lot of goals with his head. He had a fantastic leap and anything in the box he seemed to get on the end of.
2. Eyes (vision):
BW: Zinedine Zidane. I grew up watching him play for Juventus and Real Madrid. He moved to Real Madrid for around £50million and back then that was incredible money. He had everything. Offensively he was incredible - he had unbelievable vision.
3. Hands:
BW: Peter Schmeichel. He was an unbelievable goalkeeper. He had great presence and he was always so commanding in the way he communicated with his team-mates on the pitch.

4. Legs (stamina):
BW: Steven Gerrard for the amount of times he has won games for Liverpool on his own. He's an all-round midfielder. He's always up and down. He can also play any position in the midfield and can play up front. I think anywhere you put him on the pitch he could do a job.
5. Right foot:
BW: David Beckham. Technically one of the best players there has ever been. His crossing, shooting and passing is unbelievable.
6. Left foot:
BW: Ryan Giggs. To play for Manchester United at the highest level for so long and win 11 championships is amazing. He's not the tricky winger he used to be but now he's tucked into central midfield and is still as good as ever.
