WE are putting past and present Baggies players, plus the coaching staff, through a spot of body building this season.
In our feature for the 2009/10 campaign, Roberto Di Matteo's men have been handed the task of creating the 'Ultimate Six-Pack'.
They will receive a list of six body parts and for each one must name a player they consider to have excelled with that physical attribute.
This week, left-back Joe Mattock gives his views:
1. Head:
JM: Nemanja Vidic. He is very aggressive when he heads the ball. It would be a real challenge to come up against him.
2. Eyes (vision):
JM: Zinedine Zidane. He was wicked. He was so good at seeing a pass and making things happen. He was so composed as well.
3. Hands:
JM: Brad Friedel. He's top class and I'd feel safe with him playing behind me.

4. Legs (stamina):
JM: Cafu, the Brazilian international. Even at an old age he was running up and down the pitch. As a full-back, even though he played on the otherside of the pitch, he was quite inspiring.
5. Right foot:
JM: David Beckham for the obvious reasons or Paul Scholes, who is just class, knows the game and has a ping on his passes.
6. Left foot:
JM: Morten Gamst Pedersen at Blackburn or Roberto Carlos, who had a bomb on him.
