WE are putting past and present Baggies players, plus the coaching staff, through a spot of body building this season.
In our feature for the 2009/10 campaign, Roberto Di Matteo's men have been handed the task of creating the 'Ultimate Six-Pack'.
They will receive a list of six body parts and for each one must name a player they consider to have excelled with that physical attribute.
This week, young pro Dwayne Samuels gives his views:
1. Head:
DS: John Terry for his presence. He's always in the right positions and he'll head anything - he's brave in the air. If there's a foot there and the ball's to be won, he'll still go and head it and never back out.
2. Eyes (vision):
DS: Frank Lampard. He is always looking over his shoulder and always has pictures, always knows where his next pass. When he's on form he's one of England's best players.
3. Hands:
DS: Joe Hart has been in superb form since he went to Birmingham. He has kept loads of clean-sheets and probably been one of the main reasons behind them having such a good season. He's only young as well and has a lot of time ahead of him.

4. Legs (stamina):
DS: Steven Gerrard because he's a driving force for Liverpool. He's always linking up with Fernando Torres. If it wasn't for his stamina he wouldn't be what he is and Liverpool wouldn't be what they are. Him linking up with Torres is key to them and then he has the stamina to get back and help defensively. He's an all-round box-to-box player.
5. Right foot:
DS: David Beckham. It's amazing he's still in the England squad at his age and that's because he's got such great delivery - not just from set-pieces - but also from open play. He can always switch play, which is important in a game.
6. Left foot:
DS: Lionel Messi. He's so good and so sharp. When he comes inside from the right he is unplayable at times. When he's in front of goal he never panics and just passes the ball into the net.
