THE ULTIMATE SIX-PACK: Bobby Hope
HERE at www.wba.co.uk we are putting Baggies players past and present, plus the coaching staff, through a spot of body building this season.
In our new feature for the 2009/10 campaign, Roberto Di Matteo's men have been handed the mission of creating the 'Ultimate Six-Pack'.
They will receive a list of six body parts and for each one must name a player they consider to have excelled with that physical attribute.
This week, former Baggies ace Bobby Hope gives his views:
1. Head:
BH: Jeff Astle. He was strong and accurate. I admire him. I couldn't head a ball for anything!
2. Eyes (vision):
BH: Johnny Haines. He has great vision of the game. He knew every part of the field. He could tell where everyone one was. He could look one way and pass another. I think he had a photographic memory of what was happening on the field.
3 Hands:
BH: Gordon Banks. He wasn't exceptionally big but he had fantastic agility. I was fortunate enough to go to the 1970 world cup in Mexico and I saw the save that Banks made against Pele. I think it was one of the best saves I've even seen.

4. Legs (stamina):
BH: Colin Bell from Manchester City. He played for England as well. He had tremendous energy and stamina.
5. Right foot:
BH: David Beckham. He has as good a right foot as anyone else I've seen in my era. For accuracy I think he is one of the best. I admire him too because I think he has conducted himself well and he is probably the biggest personality in football.
6. Left foot:
BH: Jim Baxter. He was one of my heroes and played for Rangers. He has a great left foot, I used to love watching him play.
