THE ULTIMATE SIX-PACK: Chris Brunt

Posted on: Mon 11 Jan 2010

HERE at www.wba.co.ukwe are putting Baggies players past and present, plus the coaching staff, through a spot of body building this season.

In our new feature for the 2009/10 campaign, Roberto Di Matteo's men have been handed the mission of creating the 'Ultimate Six-Pack'.

They will receive a list of six body parts and for each one must name a player they consider to have excelled with that physical attribute.

This week, Northern Ireland international Chris Brunt gives his views:

1. Head:

CB: Alan Shearer. He isn't the biggest but he always seemed to win everything in the air. He scored a lot of goals with his head. He was very brave as well. It takes courage to be able to win headers.

2. Eyes (vision):

CB: Eric Cantona. He never missed anything, passes or space. He was just a brilliant player.

3. Hands:

CB: Peter Schmeichel. He was scary, very big and imposing to play against and obviously had a lot of success.

4. Legs (stamina):

CB: Robert Koren. He never seems to get out of breath or tired, even in pre-season.

5. Right foot:

CB: David Beckham. I think the name speaks for itself. There isn't much else to say.

6. Left foot:

CB: Ryan Giggs. He has been consistently good over his career in the Premier League. He can do everything, dribble and pick out passes. I think he is the best left-footed player I've ever seen.
