HERE at www.wba.co.uk we are putting Baggies players past and present, plus the coaching staff, through a spot of body building this season.
In our new feature for the 2009/10 campaign, Roberto Di Matteo's men have been handed the mission of creating the 'Ultimate Six-Pack'.
They will receive a list of six body parts and for each one must name a player they consider to have excelled with that physical attribute.
This week, Luke Moore gives his views:
1. Head:
LM: Martin Laursen, who is a retired Villa player. He used to win everything in the air.
2. Eyes (vision):
LM: Gordon Cowans. He played for Villa and many other clubs but also made England appearances. I never played with him, but I know he was a great player. He coached me when I was younger, and he used to join in with sessions.
3. Hands:
LM: Peter Schmeichel. He is massive and a very good goalie. For me he stands out.

4. Legs (stamina):
LM: Robert Koren. He is always fit, even when we do pre-season he is pretty much always at the front of the pack.
5. Right foot:
LM: David Beckham. That is self-explanatory. I don't think there is anyone who matches him.
6. Left foot:
LM: Roberto Carlos. He can pick out a 30-yard pass with ease and is very powerful.
