Q1: Simply the best match you've ever played in?

CS: When I played for Walsall in the Old Third Division play-off final replay with Bristol City and we won 4-0 in May 1988, at Fellows Park.

Q2: Simply the best meal you've eaten?

CS: Grilled salmon at a fish restaurant overlooking the sea in Portugal.

Q3: Simply the best player you've played against?

CS: Hugo Sanchez when Albion were on tour and we played Real Madrid. He scored four goals and they won 6-1, but at least I scored our one from the penalty spot.

Q4: Simply the best holiday destination?

CS: The Seychelles. It's beautiful.

Q5: Simply the best player you've played with?

CS: Kanu in training at Albion. We were the dream team!

Q6: Simply the best practical joker?

CS: David Hirst at Sheffield Wednesday. He had a hand in everything. I was quite new when I went there so he left me alone for a while.

Q7: Simply the best book you've read?

CS: Lance Armstrong's 'It's Not About the Bike'

Q8: Simply the best captain you've played with?

CS: Nigel Pearson at Sheffield Wednesday. He just led by example.

Q9: Simply the best match you've ever watched?

CS: England 5 Germany 1. Michael Owen scored a hat-trick and we beat them convincingly in Munich in an important World Cup qualifier, in September 2001.

Q10: Simply the best car you've ever owned?

CS: BMW 3 Series.
