THE club's recent online survey inviting fans to share their views and comments on how they found the experience of shopping at our online store has enabled us to evaluate areas of the mailorder department.

We value your comments, complaints and compliments and we are using the information gained to continue the improvement of the on-line store and the service we provide.

One area where fans provided us with feedback was our postal charges.

Fans' responses to the questionnaire have led us to make the following changes to the way we charge our mailorder and on-line customers for postage and packing - please see table below.

Post and Packaging

The rates listed above for Post and Packing includes documentation, insurance and packing materials. An additional charge may be levied for deliveries of heavy or bulky items. You will be contacted if this applies to your order.

UK Delivery

Normal delivery is approx 5-7 working days and Express Delivery is 2-3 working days.

Eire and Europe Delivery

Goods will be dispatched within 7 days of receipt of order and will be delivered in line with each country's postal system.

Rest of the World Delivery

Goods will be dispatched within 7 days of receipt of order and will be delivered in line with each country's postal system.

Please note that during busy seasonal time (for example kit launches and Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order.
